Over the last few years, we’re pleased to report that AFFTA membership has been steadily growing. 2018 especially, it seems like we added new members to the fold almost on a weekly basis – a good indication of an industry that is increasingly engaged with improving their business, growing our sport and protecting the fisheries that make it all possible. In the new year, we’re going to try to reinstate some regular posts on here that introduce new and highlight long-time members alike. One new addition is Eleven Angling.

Probably the best place to start would be their unofficial Mission:
To hear the words “that was the best day of my life.”

From there it’s easy to see why the bespoke angling travel company has gathered the destinations it has—as their brochure states, “custom-designing unforgettable fishing experiences that will take you from fabled flats in the Bahamas and Marquesas, to redfish-filled marshes in Louisiana, to glacier-carved river valleys in Iceland and Chile, to pristine lakes and creeks in the U.S. Rockies. In each destination, world-class food and lodging are combined with guided fishing for guests of all ages and skill levels.”

You can visit their site for more info, but here’s a quick look at what they have to offer:

Iceland
From April through September, Northern Iceland is the place to cast for huge Atlantic salmon, sea trout and Arctic char. Eleven’s exclusive fishing beats deliver unrivaled angling opportunities. Learn more >>

Chile
Eleven’s prime location in a Patagonia region famous for large wild trout – browns and rainbows – is highlighted by the home waters of the Rio Palena; where you can wade or float right out the front door. Add in a myriad of productive lakes, rivers, and streams in this pristine slice of Chile’s Lake Region, plus a day of helicopter fishing, and you have an unmatched diversity of experiences. Colorado
Gunnison County is an angler’s paradise. From mid-March through late October, hundreds of miles of trout habitat are found in the area’s lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams. And early spring means hooking browns, rainbows and cutthroats along the larger rivers. Learn More >>

Outpost Mothership
The ship Outpost, a 61’ Hatteras, has a storied history of fishing cruises in Florida and the Bahamas, and now it’s a new part of the Eleven Angling Mothership program, putting you in the heart of some of the finest saltwater anywhere with amenities to match. Learn More >>

Further, Eleven also has an extensive Hosted Trip Program for all of their destinations available for guides, shops, industry professionals, and agents. For more information contact Stephen Vletas at Eleven Angling via email: svletas@elevenangling.com or phone: (970) 349-7761
