Gallatin River Guides (GRG) and the Montana Women’s Fly Fishing School are excited to announce our search for a full time Women’s Program Director.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hard-working, and enthusiastic to engage others in fly fishing. They want to build something unique with a fun and passionate group of fly fishing professionals. GRG has laid the foundation for our popular women’s program. We now need a full time, year round professional with enthusiasm and vision to ride for our brand and grow with it. Our Women’s Program Director must love teaching, guiding, logistics, marketing, and the selling of goods and services yet have intrinsic self-motivation to lead an increasingly popular women’s fly fishing program. They must be eager to collaborate while maintaining a personal vision and desire to grow a dynamic fly fishing program in Montana’s Troutopia.
This position is year round based in Big Sky and the surrounding area.
